I went to the couthouse today to pull up a list of foreclosures in Locust Point --- HOLLY SMOKE there were alot in Locust Point........ What do you think that is going to do to the home values of our houses?

Developers are having major problems selling the homes they already built -- i cant believe they are still saturating this LP market with more new construction -- what are they thinking?
